Bar L Cattle Company

Kid & Longhorns

As important to us as Texas Longhorns are at the Bar L Cattle Company there is something more important, more valuable; The Kids! One of our main goals in running our ranch is to have the kids very involved. Not just our kids but kids from the community, friends, neighbors and children of other breeders. The gentle nature of Texas Longhorn cattle make them the perfect breed of cattle to have children work with. By making the ranch a fun and exciting place for kids we can encourage them to learn about the animals, about responsibility, respect for others, teamwork and other life lessons. These kids are not only the future of our breed but the future of our country, as well. We are so very proud of them!
